2009 JACIL WHEELATHON &
DISABILITY AWARENESS FESTIVAL
...................
Due to the generosity of Jacksonville area citizens and businesses, we met our goal of raising $10,000.00 profit to support our mission of serving people with disabilities in Cass, Mason, Morgan and Scott Counties.

Our special appreciation to our major sponsors for the event: Gold Wheel supporters The JACIL Board of Directors and Wal-Mart; Silver Wheel sponsors Bound to Stay Bound Books, The Farmers State Bank and Trust Company, Hull & Associates, the JACIL Staff, Passavant Area Hospital and WLDS-WEAI Radio; Bronze Wheel contributors Robert V. Bonjean - Bonjean Law Office, The Congregational Church, International Eye Care and The Kiwanis Club of Jacksonville.

Thanks also to the businesses and individuals in the four-county area that generously assisted us with supplies for our picnic lunch, the donation of prizes for our participants and lending us wheelchairs for the event.

And our deep gratitude to the 15 teams and other participants who recruited sponsors and wheeled for us as well as the crowd that attended the Disability Awareness Festival.
